The LOI formally places Korea and the AfDB in a joint promotional/implementation role for AI and digital infrastructure projects. That expands the AfDB-linked digital project pipeline and concentrates near-term execution and funding activity in Tanzania, which could require AfDB, bilateral (EDCF) or Tanzanian sovereign/quasi-sovereign financing once project-level plans and financing are defined.
Publication of project financing and implementation arrangements for the Tanzania AI education institution (AfDB/EDCF/partner commitments).
