The OCC’s favourable comparability assessment clears a formal conditionality hurdle under the Common Framework and allows the government and the Ad Hoc Committee to finalise non-financial terms and legal documentation before launching an exchange. This improves visibility on recovery for participating bondholders and narrows execution risk on the Eurobond restructuring, though full completion still depends on documentation, participation rates and the planned exchange offer.
Finalise non-financial terms and legal documentation and launch the formal exchange offer.
