The US$47m concessional package is primarily a targeted development finance flow rather than sovereign market funding. It should modestly ease near‑term external financing optics and support project implementation and policy reforms (sustainable bond/carbons regs), but is unlikely to cause large sovereign spread compression absent larger budgetary or balance‑of‑payments support.
Publish implementation and disbursement timetable from Belgian Development Agency, FUNAE or Mozambique's National Climate Finance Directorate.
