Lower market odds of an October Fed hike ease immediate upside pressure on US Treasury yields and the dollar, which can shorten the required risk premium on long-dated, externally funded African sovereign eurobonds (notably Nigeria and Ghana). This is conditional: actual spread compression depends on incoming US data, Fed communications, and local issuance/liquidity; no source documents actual repricing of specific bonds.
