Nigeria DMO publishes eurobond closing prices and yields as at 14 Sep 2026; long-dated yields elevated

On 14 September 2026 Nigeria's Debt Management Office published end-of-day closing prices and yields for the sovereign's outstanding US-dollar Eurobonds. The DMO table (14 Sep 2026) shows higher yields on the long end of the curve (for example mid-to-high 8% readings on 2040s–2050s maturities), updating the official sovereign curve used for valuation and pricing.

The DMO's published end-of-day closes provide an official reference for dealers, portfolio managers and corporate borrowers that link valuations or covenants to the sovereign curve. By recording higher long-dated yields on the official curve, the publication raises benchmark funding costs for long-maturity external borrowing and revalues portfolios and credit spreads that reference Nigeria's USD curve, without implying a specific market price change beyond the recorded closes.
